Welcome!

Hi, I'm Arianna (she/her). I am a music therapist and community musician, passionate about supporting people in their journeys of healing and self-discovery.

I am fully licensed and HCPC registered, and I am based in Birmingham, UK.

In my practice, I have a holistic approach to health: I believe that our physical, mental and emotional health are deeply interconnected. I tailor sessions to each person's needs and wishes: we are all unique and we all need different things, and my way of working celebrates and reflects that!

I have experience working with people from all backgrounds and walks of life, ranging from children and adults with special needs, people with dementia and Alzheimers, as well as people with mental health challenges, trauma survivors, refugees and asylum seekers.

My own lived experience of moving and settling in different countries makes me passionate about supporting others navigate through important changes in their lives.

I am committed to empowering people through music, and helping others deepen their connection with themselves and the world around them.

I offer sessions in English, Italian and Spanish.

What is music therapy?

Music therapy is the intentional, therapeutic use of music as a tool for growth, self-exploration, self-acceptance, healing and transformation.

In our sessions, I can help and support you in finding ways to connect with aspects of yourself and your life that are meaningful to you...and we do it through the creative, free exploration of sound and music.

It's an active, creative process where we both create music in a safe, therapeutic space. And no, you don't have to be a musician or have any musical experience to take part!
