What is music therapy?

Music therapy is a research-based therapy where a trained music therapist uses music to support people’s emotional, physical, cognitive, and social wellbeing. Through singing, playing instruments, improvising, songwriting, and listening, clients can express themselves, build confidence, connect with others, and work towards personalised therapeutic goals.

In sessions, we can help and support you in finding ways to connect with aspects of yourself and your life that are meaningful to you...and we do it through the creative, free exploration of sound and music.

Welcome!

Welcome to Armonia Music Therapy — a space where music supports healing, growth and meaningful change.

We offer personalised music therapy sessions tailored to your needs, with a focus on mental health, wellbeing, self-expression and self-discovery. Our aim is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore, develop and thrive at your own pace.

Armonia works in collaboration with a community of highly trained music therapists and creative health professionals. Through this network, we’re able to offer a broad range of approaches and specialist knowledge, ensuring you receive the support that fits you best.

No musical experience is needed — our sessions are fully inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of ability.

Let’s begin this journey together.
